Acrobatic Partnering
Jarkko Mandelin & Luca Bologna / Kinetic Orchestra
Dive into the specific approaches behind the unique partnering technique that is key in Kinetic Orchestra’s dance pieces. This workshop emphasizes overall physicality and the ability to adapt to different ways of moving either alone or with a dance partner. More importantly, we always take the opportunity to question (and break) conventional divisions between flying or basing roles by discovering new ways to balance and enrich partnering for exercise as well as performance purposes.
Workshop is recommended for dancers aged 12 and above with previous dance experience.
